Ufone UTrack Service was launched by Ufone just two days ago on August 25, 2009. At Pak Spider, we decided to perform a test on Ufone UTrack Service. The test was performed using both Prepay and Postpay SIMs but the result was same. Ufone UTrack service didn’t work at all!
According to the Ufone defined procedure, we sent SMS to 2002:-
The SMS was responded by Ufone as
Your location is temporarily unavailable. Please try later. UTrack

Ufone should check why the service isn’t working fine. I am not saying the service failed completely. It just sometimes work and sometimes not. But keep in mind, you will be charged even if the service is not working fine and you are just receiving a useless service failure message from Ufone. At least Telecom companies should develop the sense of not charging the customer if they are not delivering promised services.

There is no city limitations according to the info provided by Ufone.
service not working properly to use this service is wastage of money.
