Easypaisa has taken an initiative via which you can contribute to the society by supporting the cause you believe in. Easypaisa introduces Easypaisa Donation Services that ensures the transfer of your donation amounts to respective organizations in a secure and reliable manner.
Affiliated Organizations:
At present, donations to the following organizations that have been taken on-board by Easypaisa, can be sent:
• Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH)
• SOS Children`s Villages of Pakistan (SOS)
Charges:
• No Fee will be charged from the customer for donations sent from their Easypaisa Mobile Account or from any Easypaisa shop.
(E.g. If a donation of PKR 100 is made to SKMCH then the customer only pays PKR 100 for both donations sent from Easypaisa Mobile Account or Easypaisa shop)
• Minimum amount that can be donated is PKR 3.0.
Mechanism:
Customers can send donations at anytime and from anywhere using their Easypaisa mobile accounts or by visiting any of the Easypaisa shops across the country. A message from 3737 on your mobile phone gives you a confirmation for the successful transfer of your donation amount to the organization.
1. Donations made through customer’s Easypaisa mobile account
I. Dial 786 from your mobile phones
II. Select option number 7, “Give Donations”.
III. Select 1 or 2 for the respective organization.
IV. Enter the amount to be donated
V. Enter a reference (e.g. donation)
VI. After verifying the information, enter the 5 digit pin number.
VII. You will receive a confirmation message from 3737.
These transaction limits apply for Mobile account subscribers
2. Donations can also be made by visiting any Easypaisa shop nationwide
Terms & Conditions:
• Please ensure that you receive a confirmation message from 3737 that contains the donation transaction details.
• In case of any customer complaint or any transaction dispute, the confirmation message from 3737 shall be considered as a validation criterion.
